Following it's launch on 1st June 2019, Ken Gunn Consulting made it's conference debut at this year's SIEC, which took place at Porte de Versailles Expo, Paris on the 5th and 6th June.
SIEC is the French Real Estate Industry's annual exhibition and this year also marked the launch of the Pavilion Outlet by Magdus, the European Factory Outlet Centre Observatory.
In addition to sharing a booth with investment specialist, Retail Partners Europe, Ken Gunn Consulting was joined at the Pavilion Outlet by Retail Outlet Shopping, Neinver, JMP Expansion (promoting L'Escale Designer Outlet at Hautmont), Wishibam and Rioja Developments (promoting Grantham Designer Outlet).
SIEC was well supported by the French Retail Real Estate community and proved to be a great opportunity to catch up old friends, present the new services offered by Ken Gunn Consulting and explore opportunities with delegates attracted to the Pavilion Outlet from China, Italy, Morocco and the United Kingdom, as well as from France. Our thanks to Caroline Lamy of Magdus for her hard work organising the Pavilion.
In addition to exhaustive networking, Ken Gunn Consulting gave a 15 minute presentation at SIEC's 'shaker space'. This updated the audience with the latest outlet industry performance trends and championed the role of outlet operators in leading advances in customer engagement and guest experience.
Ken Gunn Consulting also took part in a round table discussion on outlet trends across Europe which was broadcast on radio.immo, the leading real estate webradio in France. The session was shared with Caroline Lamy of Magdus and Neil Thompson of Rioja Developments and the podcast is available at the link below:
